Het toevoegen van titels, graphics, animaties en speciale effecten aan het videomateriaal en het samenvoegen van de verschillende lagen video.
Compositing kan in zowel HD als SD video resolutie ongecomprimeerd uitgevoerd worden voor de hoogste kwaliteit. Ook als het eindresultaat in SD wordt opgeleverd kan compositing het beste in HD worden uitgevoerd.

  Compositing is the combining of visual elements from separate sources into a single videotrack, often to create the illusion that all those elements are parts of the same scene. Live-action shooting for compositing is called blue screen or chroma key. Compositing and special effects can be done in uncompressed HD and SD video quality.
